What are the benefits of registering an account with us?

Registering an account with us is time saving and provides a smooth and hassle-free experience every time you log in, as we will save your billing and delivery details on your account. However, we will never store your payment details for your security.

What is your privacy policy?

We comply fully with all relevant GDPR and privacy laws. Our privacy policy can be viewed on the site.

How secure is your site?

We have gone the extra mile to ensure that the site is secure for our customers. 

Our entire website is encrypted and protected by https/SSL encryption for your protection, so you will see a small padlock in your URL bar at the top of the page. This means that when you register your name and email address, your details are encrypted with industry standard protection.

We also do not store any payment details for our customers, and our site is also protected by multiple layers of security protection, so you can be certain that your account details are safe.

Is there a VAT charge on magazines?

No - magazines are VAT exempt, so the price you see has no added VAT or sales tax.

From time to time, we do sell affiliated products which do carry VAT. However, the retail selling price that you see on our site includes the VAT.

Can I pre-order a magazine?

Yes of course. If you pre-order your magazine then we will hold your order in our system and the issue will be despatched to you on the publication date.

What is the delivery period for my order?

All orders placed before 3pm (UK) Monday – Friday will be despatched that day. Orders made after 3pm on Friday will be posted the following Monday. There may be some delays to this if it is a bank holiday weekend.

Orders placed on a bank holiday will be posted the next working day. During peak periods (i.e. Christmas) there may be short delays with delivery.

Most UK orders will arrive within two to six working days. However, during bank holidays and peak post periods, such as Christmas, delivery times may be delayed.

For international postage, your order will usually take within three to eight working days in Europe and six to ten working days worldwide.

Please note that we cannot guarantee these delivery times.

These estimates are based on Royal Mail estimated delivery speeds. These delivery speeds can be subject to delays.

What are your postage costs?

The retail selling price includes postage and packaging and so there is nothing further for you to pay.

What payment method can I use?

We accept all payments through all Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit/debit cards through our secure payment platform powered by Stripe. We also accept payments through Apple Pay.

Can I order a back issue of a magazine?

We only sell the current issues of magazines in print. However, we do offer digital editions of some publications through our digital archive.

Through partnering with one of the world’s largest digital magazine providers, we are able to offer consumers access to the largest selection of niche digital magazines in the world, as well as online magazines from all the big-name publishers.

Will my magazine be the same as those available in shops?

Yes – all our magazines are the same as those you will find in any newsagents and include any cover- mounted gifts. However, some magazines can be difficult to locate in the shops and so we make your purchasing experience much easier through our site.
